Exercise: ran 4 miles in 34 minutes (yes people that's four 8.5 minute miles - I'm getting faster on my short treadmill runs for sure) cool down jog 1/2 mile
15 minutes abs
15 minutes glutes
Food:
2 cups oatmeal with peaches
10 oz water
1/2 chicken breast
1 homemade roll
16 oz water
1 BBQ chicken breast
1 cup pineapple
light string cheese
20 oz water
Way too much Taco Salad
20 oz water
