1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 pieces wheat toast w/raspberry jam
16 oz water
Tuna sandwich on wheat with tomato
light string cheese
1 apple
20 oz water
1 pancake with 1 tsp peanut butter and lite syrup
1/2 cup scrambled eggs
20 oz water
bowl frosted mini wheats
20 oz water
