1 set bicycle sit ups
1 set bench leg drop/raises

Food:
10 oz water
bowl of frosted mini wheats
20 oz water
an apple
1 slice wheat bread w/ 1 Tbsp peanut butter
20 oz water
egg, ham & cheese sandwich on wheat bread
pack of fruit snacks
20 oz water
2 cups Tomato Basil & Italian Sausage Soup
2 small homemade rolls
handful of Reese's peanut butter chips
20 oz water
bowl frosted mini wheats
20 oz water
