Weight: 161.2
Exercise: ran 4 miles in 34 min, jogged 1 mile (cool down)
Disclaimer: only 2 of my 8.5 minute miles were consecutive. Motherhood kept me from getting started today and so finally I decided I'd just run 1 mile as fast as I could and finished in 8.5 minutes. Then I mothered then I got back on about 20 minutes later and did another mile in 8.5 minutes. Then I had to mother again and so when I got on about 20 minutes later I wanted to run at least 2 miles back to back so I did, and finished those 2 miles in 17 minutes. Sweet! So then I did my cool down run/jog and called it good.
Food:
8 oz water
bowl of corn chex cereal
20 oz water
2 cups pasta salad
(pasta, olives, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded parmesan cheese, fat free caesar and fat free italian dressings)
string cheese
1/2 fresh mango
20 oz water
spinach and sausage roll
(spinach, sausage, mushroom baked into bread covered with pizza sauce)
20 oz water
5 chocolate covered pretzels
1/2 fresh mango
2 pieces homemade wheat toast
20 oz water

I didn't log anything yesterday or get on the scale but I thought I'd still tell about my workout last night at my weight class. We did a different type of super sets. We did our regular rotation through the machines

(Pec fly, Leg press, Lat pulldown, Abs, Shoulder Press, Hamstring Curl, Chest Press, Seated Row, Leg Extensions, Assisted Chin-ups, Tricep Extensions, Bicep Curls)

But on each machine we did 15 reps at our max weight and then we added 5 lbs and then did 12 reps, then added 5 more lbs and did 10 reps. So we were 10 pounds above our max weight which meant that it was to the point where your strength completely gives out and you physically can't finish the reps. So it was a GREAT workout! After my weight class I got on the bike (it was NOT a regular bike, it had a normal seat on it which my still recovering backside was oh so grateful for!) and peddled hard adding resistance and speed for 30 minutes. It felt really good.
