Exercise: ran 10 miles in 109 minutes
a little slower than normal pace but my knee started to get a little tight around mile 8 took an ice bath and some ibuprofen when I got home and we're good to go!

PB & J sandwich on wheat bread
8 oz water
3 eggs
2 pieces wheat toast
30 oz water
1 slice pizza
bite of cookie dough
turkey sandwich (no mayo)
1 cup watermelon
1/2 cup pasta salad
3 cinnamon bears
20 oz water
1/2 chicken parmesan
1 cup pasta
yogurt & pretzels
yogurt & pretzels
20 oz water
