Weight: 159.2 (Hooray!!)
Exercise: ran 3 miles in 26:20 then jogged 1/2 mile for cool down
30 minutes abs
15 minutes glutes
Food:
(busy morning - missed breakfast)
handful of animal crackers
20 oz water
Taco Salad
an apple
20 oz water
peach smoothie
20 oz water
2 sweet pork sandwiches
2 homemade cookies
20 oz water
