Happy Mother's Day (a day late)!
Still not feeling the best. Craving junk food today. It's Monday - and it shows! It was slow going today. My littlest guy is sick and didn't sleep much last night and my 3 year old is having nightmares lately and spent most of the night clinging to me/kicking me. I didn't sleep so well and I've got a headache today as a result. But I can still whine like a CHAMP!! Lol! Oh well. We're all allowed days like this right?! I did however find some great songs to add to my running mix! Some good ones are: "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston, "Conga" by Gloria Estefan, "Opposites Attract" by Paula Abdul, and "Vogue" by Madonna. Yes my friends, I am noticing a theme to the songs that make me want to dance while I'm running! They appear to be 80 dance songs! Love it!

15 Pec Flys then 15 Assisted Chin-ups (repeat)
15 reps chest press then 15 lat pull down's (repeat)
15 Leg extensions then 15 hamstring curls (repeat)
15 squats w/ weights then 15 walking lunges w/weights (repeat)
15 reps Bicep Hammer then 15 French Curls (repeat)
15 Bicep Curls then 15 reps tricep press (repeat)
15 reps shoulder press then 15 reps rotator cuff (repeat)
15 lateral raises then 15 upright rows (repeat)
25 ball crunches then 15 back extensions (repeat)
25 reverse crunches then 15 reps prone swim (repeat)
Food:
8 oz slim fast shake
1 fat free Activia yogurt
handful of animal crackers
8 oz water
1 bite of cookie dough
about 1 cup of Cheetos
16 oz water
brownie (I know, I'm on one today!)
pack of fruit snacks
2 pieces of pizza
20 oz water
(Yeah I pretty much rocked at healthy eating today!)
20 oz water
