My run this morning was so awesome! It feels so good that I am running at a 10 minute mile pace on my long runs when I'm not even pushing myself. Until now I've been a 12-15 minute miler. I can tell that I'm really getting into shape now and it feels good! I spent a HUGE chunk of time reading stuff on Marathons today and yesterday and I'm still super excited! I'm working on my playlist for running. I've noticed that certain songs really get me excited while I'm running and I perk up and pick up my pace and almost dance as I run. Fun stuff!
