Catch up

I have not been very good about keeping this updated. I didn't think anyone was reading it though so I didn't really thing it mattered! But now that I know people are stumbling across it, I'd like to keep it updated. I don't have my food documented for the last weekend, but I do have my weight and exercise. I need to put my marathon training schedule on here somewhere too. I'll add it to the side bar. I don't know that I've mentioned on here that I'm training for the St. George Marathon. I don't know if I've gotten in (it's a lottery entry) until May 7th but I've decided that I'm going to go the distance even if I don't get in. I'm running a half marathon distance with my family at Whiskeytown this year (our annual camping reunion) and I'm going to run 26.2 miles on October 2nd even if I don't get into the race. It's going pretty well so far! I'm excited!

Well I'm feeling kind of yucky today, my 3 year old had a little stomach bug that I think he was generous enough to share with me and I was definitely not feeling up to my 3 mile run this morning! I was hoping that I'd be better by this afternoon or even this evening so I could run but I'm not so sure. I ran about 3 miles last night though as part of my weight class so I think I'm still good if I don't feel up to it today.
