Feeling a little better today. Going to mow the lawn (just over 1/2 an acre) and get on the treadmill to make up for my lack of exercise yesterday and I also have my weight class tonight.

Weight: 162.8
Exercise: *mowed the lawn (took 2 hours and 45 minutes - HUGE yard)
*ran 3 miles in 27 minutes (on the treadmill at speed intervals two minutes at 6.5 and one minute at 8.5 repeated for about 17 minutes and then I ran the last 10 minutes at 7.3 mph)
*Weight Class = 1 set of weights followed by a lap around the track (.25 miles)
repeated 12 times (weight sets covered all muscle groups) so a total of 3 miles
interspersed with weights. After this we did a million and a half lunges and leg
lifts.
Food:
8 oz water
Quiche
1/2 an apple
20 oz water
1/2 cup pasta salad
8 oz water
Apricot Chicken over rice
green beans
20 oz water
cheese stick
wheat toast
20 oz water
It felt really good to exercise so much today! I don't know what was up but I had TONS of energy at my class! I kept picturing myself in a bathing suit in Hawaii and that image alone kept me pushing hard and running fast! Lol!
