Is it over?

Ran outside today and my knee felt okay. I ran kinda slow and only went 2.5 miles but I felt good. Can it really be true?! Is the wait really over? Can I really start to run again? Only time will tell I guess!

On Wednesday we did indeed to weights in addition to my treadmill/bike workout and abs/glutes. We focused on pecs and did tons of bench presses (in a million different variations) and pec flies and push ups. We worked out for an hour again and it worked me good! I'm pretty sore today. Not as sore as I was after triceps but still sore! I love working out with my hot hubby!

Exercise: ran outside for the first time in a long time! distance - 2.5 miles, average speed - 10:30 pace. My knee felt pretty good! No pain, I just noticed that I'm a little stiff from not running much. I need to up the anti on my biking too. I was not happy with how winded I was going as slow as I was! I need to get better cardio endurance workouts when I'm not running! I also did 20 minutes on the bike when I got home
