We ate out at a SUPER delicious and authentic Italian restaurant called Luganos tonight. YUM!! We ordered a Margarita Pizza and a yummy pasta and we each ate half. Afterwards we stopped at JCW's and got a tasty milkshake to share. I only ate a few bites and let him have the rest.

1/2 Italian pizza (thin crust mozzarella cheese & fresh basil)
16 oz water
about 4 oz chocolate milkshake

You are so brave!! I am so impressed and inspired by your progress!! I go through ups and downs with my motivation because I get frustrated when I will be really good for months and nothing happens!!! I have got to get on this for real!! Thanks for sharing your journey!! :)
