I ate about 1400 calories today. It wasn't too bad I think because I made sure that I ate my breakfast first thing around 7 am and I usually don't eat until around 10 or so. That gave me 3 more hours to spread my calories over. So that was nice.
I splurged on 2 homemade banana muffins. I don't think those are the healthiest choice but I guess it could be worse!
Anyway, I guess we'll see over the next few days if it's doing anything. Sometimes they say that you actually gain a few pounds in the first week until your body adjusts. Then you start loosing. We'll see...

cleaned house for all of eternity today and even broke out in a sweat while mopping and vacuuming. That counts as exercise right?

1 cup pasta salad (pasta, bell peppers, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, parmesan cheese, fat free Caesar and Fat free Italian dressing)
20 oz water
spinach roll up (spinach, sausage, mushrooms baked into bread)
1 mango

1/2 an apple
small bowl corn chex
16 oz water
2 chicken enchiladas
1/2 cup rice
20 oz water
