I decided that I was going to start posting my weight and food consumption and exercise on my family blog every day which seems to get a lot of traffic (even if it's only from family and friends). I figured it would keep me motivated to eat well and exercise and get the pounds down to a more desirable number! However, I don't think I'm QUITE ready to have everyone see it quite yet, so I started a NEW BLOG in the hopes that people can still see it but perhaps not quite as many will be viewing my 'largeness' as view my family blog!
It's been a bit of a struggle and I've been working my tail off and not seeing ANY results and I finally decided that it's because my baby isn't close enough to 1 year old yet! I usually hang onto my baby weight until they are around 10 or 11 months old and then it starts to fall off. My baby is 9 months old. I lost my initial "chunk" of baby fat right after he was born but then it stopped coming off no matter how hard I tried. That's kind of how it's worked for the other 4 kids too but I thought this time might be different since I've been working so hard and I guess I figured since we are done having kids I could kick it into high gear and it would pay off... and maybe it still will, who knows! But if nothing else I'm making sure that I'm doing everything I can to keep on top of it. And this accountability to the whole wide world (or whoever happens to stop by) is hopefully going to help!
