Feeling a little frazzled today. I've been sick this week and have been totally letting the house go. Which means chaos and stress in addition to sickness blah! I'm supposed to have a "rest" day today according to my Marathon training schedule. But I feel too lazy. I was rigorous in my house cleaning (or should I say in my damage control or chaos recovery or something along those lines) and I got my heart rate up pretty high while parenting my 3 year old today, although I don't think that counts, neither is it an exercise that I would like to repeat on a regular basis! In the end I decided to do the Tae Bo 8 minute workout. I think on my "rest" days in the future I'll do a really good ab workout in addition to the 8 minute workout. It's still a day of rest for my legs which I think is the main idea, right?
